Common use of UNION COOPERATION Clause in Contracts

UNION COOPERATION. The Union agrees that it will in good faith cooperate with the Employer in attempting to assure that reasonable work standards, schedules and the rules and regulations of the Employer are complied with and that it will not directly or indirectly encourage, permit or cause any concerted work stoppage, slowdown, strike, or other interference with the day-to-day operations of the Employer.

UNION COOPERATION. The Union agrees that it will in good faith cooperate with the Employer in attempting to assure that reasonable work standards, schedules and the rules and regulations of the Employer are complied with and that it will not directly or indirectly encourage, permit or cause any concerted work stoppage, slowdown, strike, strike or other interference with the day-to-day operations operation of the Employer. The provisions of this Section shall remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement.

The provisions of this Section shall remain in full force and effect until such times as this Agreement shall be superseded by a new Agreement between the parties.
