Union Delegate Leave Sample Clauses

The Union Delegate Leave clause grants designated union representatives the right to take time off from their regular work duties to perform union-related activities. Typically, this leave is subject to advance notice requirements and may be limited to certain activities such as attending union meetings, training, or representing employees in discussions with management.
