UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide an agreed facility for the use of the Union Delegate to perform their duties and functions as the on-site representative of the Employees. The provision of the following facilities is to ensure that the Union Delegate is able to effectively perform their functions in a professional and timely manner. The facilities shall include: (a) a telephone and computer; (b) a table and chairs; (c) a filing cabinet; (d) air-conditioning/heating; (e) access to stationary and other administrative facilities, including the use of printing, photocopying, internet and email facilities following consultation between the Union Delegate and management; and (f) a private lockable area.

UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. The Company shall provide full access to resources such as phone, photocopier, filing cabinet, internet and Company notice boards. This is to allow elected Union delegates to carry out their role and activities that are directly related to matters that pertain to the employment relationship between the Company, Employees, and the Union. The Company will respect the privacy of the delegate’s use of the resources.

UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. Union Delegate Facilities The Employer shall provide an agreed facility for the use of the Union Delegate / Employee Representative to perform their duties and functions as the on-site representative of the Employees. The provision of the following facilities is to ensure that the Union Delegate/ Employee Representative is able to effectively perform his/her functions in a professional and timely manner. The facilities shall include: (a) a telephone; (b) an Ipad equipped with mobile Internet access; (c) a table and chairs; (d) a filing cabinet; (e) air-conditioning/heating; (f) access to stationery and other administrative facilities, including use of facsimile, use of e-mail, (if available on site), following consultation between the Union Delegate and Site Management; and (g) a private lockable area.

UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. As far as practically possible the Company will extend the usual courtesy of providing reasonable access to resources such as phone, photocopier, filing cabinet, internet and Company notice boards. This is to allow elected employee representatives to carry out their role and activities that are directly related to matters that pertain to the employment relationship between the Company, Employees and the Union. The Company will respect the privacy of the delegate’s use of the resources.

UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. The Company shall allow reasonable access to Company facilities on site for the purpose of the Elected Employee Representative/Union Delegate performing their duties.

The provision of the following facilities is to ensure that the Union Delegate is able to effectively perform their functions in a professional and timely manner. The facilities shall include: 26.1.1 a telephone; 26.1.2 reimbursement for an iPad equipped with mobile Internet access; 26.1.3 a table and chairs; 26.1.4 a filing cabinet; 26.1.5 air-conditioning/heating; 26.1.6 access to stationery and other administrative facilities (if available on site) use of e-mail, following consultation between the Union Delegate and Site Management; and 26.1.7 a private lockable area.
