Union/Management Committee. 15.01 a) In order to build a cooperative relationship between the Employer, the Union and the employees, Union- Management meetings will be scheduled quarterly. The meetings will serve as a forum for discussion and consultation about policies and practices covered by, and not necessarily covered by the Collective Agreement affecting the project.
