Common use of Union Negotiation Team Clause in Contracts

Union Negotiation Team. Members designated as being on the Chapter Team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay, up to a maximum of one (1) employee. If a designated Chapter Team member is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he will not be compensated to attend the session.

Members No more than two (2) bargaining unit members designated as being on the Chapter Team Union negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay, up but such officers may be required to a maximum of one (1) employeereport for duty in the event that exigent circumstances arise. If a designated Chapter Team bargaining unit negotiating team member is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he will not be compensated to attend for attending the session.
