Common use of Union Observer Clause in Contracts

Union Observer. 8.5.1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Institute agrees to give the Union forty eight (48) hours’ notice, whenever possible, of the time and place of assessment of applications and interviews for any positions for which there are any internal applicants. The Union shall be entitled to have a representative present to function as an observer during such assessments or interviews.
