Common use of Union Organization Clause in Contracts

Union Organization. a. The UNION retains the right to: determine its organizational structure; designate its representatives and determine their representational assignments and duties; and retain, suspend, or relieve UNION representational duties. b. The UNION agrees to furnish the EMPLOYER and each Store Director for AFGE commissaries, in writing and maintain on a current basis, a complete listing of the name, phone number and title of each UNION representative and primary point(s) of contact. Communication will be made through the appropriate UNION designated representative.
