Common use of UNION PINS Clause in Contracts

UNION PINS. Employees may wear a CAW logo pin. These pins must be no larger than two and a half (2 ½) centimetres in diameter and cannot be used to demean or make derogatory comments about the Employer, disrupt the workplace, or for partisan politics or contain slogans. Only one pin may be worn at one time. Dual Supervisors may not wear a CAW pin while working as a Supervisor.
