UNION RECOGNITION AND UNION SECURITY. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining authority for all employees covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the Union.

UNION RECOGNITION AND UNION SECURITY. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining authority agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for all of the employees covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the UnionAgreement.
