Common use of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Union Representatives. ‌ (a) The Employer agrees that access to its premises will be granted to members of the staff of the Union when dealing or negotiating with the Employer, as well as for the purpose of investigating and assisting in the settlement of a grievance. (f) Upon receipt of written request, the Employer may allow time on the agenda of any course, seminar, or workshop held by the Employer for a staff representative from the Union to speak.

(f) For the purposes of Article 7.3(b), (d), and (e) reasonable notice is twenty-four (24) hours.

Notification shall be given to the excluded designated supervisory official in advance of the intention and purpose for entering the Employer's premises and such access shall not interfere with the operations of the EmployerBusiness Practices & Consumer Protection Authority or section concerned. (ed) Notwithstanding Clause 7.3(d), the Employer agrees that access to its premises will be extended to persons designated by the President upon reasonable notice to the Employer President and CEO of their intention and purpose for entering the Employer's premises and such access shall not interfere with the operations of the Employer Business Practices & Consumer Protection Authority or section concerned.
