Changes to the percentage rate of dues deducted will be implemented by the Employer at the commencement of the first pay period following the completion of the two (2) weeks’ notice.

5:06 Employees will be required to submit to the Employer harmless with respect written notification within three (3) days of any change of address and/or telephone number. The Employer will forward such changes in address to all dues so deducted and remitted and with respect to any liability which the Employer may incur as a result of such deductionsUnion.
4:05 The Employer shall include 5:07 All employees hired subsequent to the amount date of Union dues paid by each employee during the relevant year on the Income Tax T4 slips.
4:06 All new employees this agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union as of on the date of hire, apply for membership in the Union.
4:07 The (a) Upon written request at least fourteen (14) calendar days inadvance where possible, employees appointed or elected to attend to Union representative or designate affairs shall have be granted leave of absence subject to the staffing requirements of the Employer. Such leave shall not beunreasonably withheld. Such leave shall be without loss of salary provided that the Union will reimburse the Employer for the cost of salary and benefits.
(b) Employees on extended leave of absence for Union business, of up to fifteen one (151) minutes either at a time mutually agreeable with year will be retained on the Employer, or up 's payroll and the Union will reimburse the Employer on a cost-plus basis for the wages and benefits involved. This provision will not apply to thirty (30) minutes at employees who are employed by the workplace orientation sessions, to acquaint new employees falling Union on a permanent basis.
5:09 Every employee within the scope of this Agreement with who is a voluntary member of the fact that Union or who hereafter becomes a Collective Agreement is member of the Union shall maintain her membership in effect the Union as a condition of her employment.
5:10 The Employer agrees to a new employee having a fifteen (15) minute orientation to the Union and to indicate its officers during the general conditions and obligations as they relate to employeesfirst month of employment.
