Unique Situations. It is anticipated that urgent or unique situations will develop which have not been specifically addressed in these Implementation Procedures, but which are within the scope of the BASA. When such a situation arises, it shall be reviewed by the respective FAA Aircraft Certification Service Director and DGAC Director of Airworthiness Division, and a procedure shall be developed to address the situation. The procedure shall be mutually agreed upon by the FAA and DGAC in a separate working procedure. If it is apparent that the situation is unique, with little possibility of repetition, then the working procedure shall be of limited duration. However, if the situation has anticipated new technology or management developments which could lead to further repetitions, then these Implementation Procedures shall be revised accordingly by the FAA and DGAC.

Unique Situations. Christmas Holiday Scheduling During negotiations, the parties discussed employees assigned to an alternative work schedule with Saturday and/or Sunday as a regularly scheduled work day. We recognize the impact this will have on the Christmas Holiday period production schedule. This will result in the plant being scheduled to run and/or support production as follows: Saturday, December 26, 2020 Sunday, December 27, 2020 Saturday, December 25, 2021 Sunday, December 26, 2021 Saturday, December 24, 2022 Sunday, December 25, 2022 The Company recognizes the issues inherent with running production on the aforementioned days, and agrees to not schedule production on those days. The local parties will work together, to develop and execute a volume recovery plan that makes up the lost units prior to the time off specified above. For pay periods ending December 27, 2020, December 26, 2021, and December 25, 2022, the Company agrees to pay an employee an amount equal to the difference between the total number of hours paid, including overtime, plus all hours made available to the employee to be paid and forty (40) straight time hours. Altering the Schedule The parties recognize that there may be occasions when it may be beneficial to alter the work schedule at AWS locations, resulting in the movement of a scheduled work day to another more convenient period, particularly surrounding holiday weekends. It is understood that the local parties may jointly agree to such changes, provided they do not result in a decrease in productivity or capacity or increase in costs.

Unique Situations. There may be some situations that require the DDA Employment Specialist and DVR supervisory input. These may include: • Customer is requesting placement services for an increase in hours or for a second job. • Job readiness is questioned by the employment provider or VRC. • DVR VRC expresses concern about the vocational goal or desired work hours. • If DDA funds are NOT available to determine next steps. • Case is closed prior to job placement.

  • Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately. The Contractor shall respond to the notice in emergency situations within twenty-four hours. If the Contractor fails to respond within this time limit, the Owner may correct the defect and charge the Contractor for the Work. If it is determined the complaint is not the responsibility of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be promptly paid for the cost of the corrective work. The Contractor shall give notice in writing to the Owner when corrections have been completed.

  • Special Situations ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BENEFICIARY agrees to inform AGENCY within one (1) business day of any circumstances or events which may reasonably be considered to jeopardize its capability to continue to meet its obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Incidents may include, but are not limited to, those resulting in injury, media coverage or public reaction that may have an impact on the AGENCY’S or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY’S ability to protect and serve its participants, or other significant effect on the AGENCY or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY. Incidents shall be reported to the designated AGENCY contact below by phone or email only. Incident report information shall not include any identifying information of the participant.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.
