Unit 39 – Nitrogen System Clause Samples

The 'Unit 39 – Nitrogen System' clause defines the requirements, specifications, and responsibilities related to the nitrogen system installed in Unit 39 of a facility or project. This clause typically outlines the technical standards the nitrogen system must meet, the scope of work for installation or maintenance, and any testing or safety protocols that must be followed. For example, it may specify the pressure ratings, purity levels, or integration with other systems. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the nitrogen system in Unit 39 is properly designed, installed, and maintained to meet operational and safety needs, thereby reducing the risk of system failure or non-compliance with regulatory standards.
Unit 39 – Nitrogen System. Outlet flow for capacity, O2 specification and header pressure of the nitrogen generation system will be checked to ensure they meet design specification. Laboratory samples will be taken to verify the O2 content.
