Unit Member Right To Revoke Payroll Deductions. A unit member may revoke their “voluntary authorization” by providing written notice to IAFF L-1401’ President and the Payroll Division. Any revocation of a “voluntary authorization” shall be effective for the pay period following Payroll Division’s receipt of the written notice. No revocation shall be effective retroactively nor apply to any special assessment or penalty previously noticed by the IAFF L-1401.
