Fall semester residents of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ House, ▇▇▇▇▇ House, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ House, Kentwood Hall, Scholars House, Sunvilla Apartments, Monroe Apartments, and any additional non-University Apartment opened by the University during the Term of the housing Contract who wish to reside on campus during the winter break must be in good standing with the University and enrolled for spring semester courses and coordinate with the Department of Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services. The Missouri State reserves the right to modify the University break periods identified in this Section 4 following reasonable notice to University Housing residents.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

  • Retention Periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods For each seven and one-half (7 ½) hour shift, subject to the provisions of Article 14.09, the Employer shall provide an unpaid meal break of one-half (½) hour and paid rest periods totalling one-half (½) hour, not to be taken in less than two (2) breaks. The Employer shall schedule meal breaks in such a way that an Employee be permitted to leave their work area. Operational requirements may be such that these breaks may not be able to be taken off the premises. These breaks shall be prorated for shift duration.

  • Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.
