UNIVERSITY BREAK PERIODS Clause Samples

The 'University Break Periods' clause defines how academic breaks, such as summer or winter holidays, are treated within the context of an agreement. It typically specifies whether obligations like rent, access to facilities, or provision of services continue, are suspended, or are modified during these periods. For example, a student housing contract might clarify if tenants are allowed to remain in their rooms or if payments are reduced when classes are not in session. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and responsibilities during university breaks, preventing misunderstandings and disputes related to service provision or payment during these times.
