Tenant agrees to adhere to the published regulations of West ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ University, including the current edition of the “Guide to Residential Living” and “Student Code of Conduct,” and the applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of Pennsylvania, the Borough of West ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and East Bradford Township. Violation will result in applicable University and civil action.
