Common use of Unlimited Liability Clause in Contracts

Unlimited Liability. Neither Party excludes or limits it liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees, agents or Sub-Contractors (as applicable); bribery or Fraud by it or its employees; breach of any obligation as to title implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or any liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by Law. The Supplier does not exclude or limit its liability in respect of the indemnity in Clauses 33.9 (IPR Indemnity) and in each case whether before or after the making of a demand pursuant to the indemnity therein.

Unlimited Liability. 36.1.1 Neither Party excludes or limits it liability for: : (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees, agents or Sub-Contractors (as applicable); ; (b) bribery or Fraud by it or its employees; ; (c) breach of any obligation as to title implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or or (d) any liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by Law. . 36.1.2 The Supplier does not exclude or limit its liability in respect of the indemnity in Clauses 33.9 (IPR Indemnity) and in each case whether before or after the making of a demand pursuant to the indemnity therein.Clauses
