UNRESOLVED ISSUES. At the conclusion of negotiations immediately following the expiration date, the parties will jointly stipulate to a list of unresolved issues and present to the other party each party's final offer on said issue. The parties will prepare a joint submission of unresolved issues to be presented to the arbitrator for decision.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. Any matter pertaining to the Service Contract which becomes or is likely to become the subject of a disagreement between the Official Agency and the Authority shall in the first instance be dealt with through the liaison process referred to in 5.1 or a specially convened meeting. Issues not resolved by the parties to the liaison meeting may be referred to the Chief Executive of the Authority and the Chief Executive , or nominee, of the Official Agency. The Means by which the Official Agency proposes to meet the matters spec ified in this Service Contract The official agency, as a competent authority, performing official controls shall meet the operational criteria set down in Article 4 of Regulation 882/2004 . They shall have a sufficient number of suitably qualified and expe rienced staff and possess adequate facilities and equipment to carry out their duties properly. The Official Agency will provide staff and all resources required to ensure delivery of service outputs/activity as outlined in Schedule 2. The Authority acknowledges that not all Environmental Health Officers employed by the Health Service Executive are engaged full time on food control activities. The Authority considers it desirable for EHOs to specialise in food control activities or in specific aspects of food control activities.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. When members of the task force reach agreement on a particular subject, the terms of the agreement thereafter will be implemented by the Hospital. Failure of the task force to agree on a matter will not be grievable. Notwithstanding this prior sentence, if an issue has been fully discussed in the task force and has not been resolved, the Union may invite the Hospital Administrator to attend a meeting to discuss the unresolved issue subject to the following terms:
1. The issue has been fully discussed with the task force members before inviting the Administrator;
2. The Hospital Administrator is informed of the issue, in writing, in advance of the meeting; and
3. Such attendance by the Hospital Administrator will occur not more than 2 times per calendar year.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. The Large Group may agree to refer any unresolved issue back to the appropriate committee for further study. Committees that continue to work after the close of negotiations will be given a set timeline for reporting their recommendation(s) back to the large group. A special session of the large group may be called to reconsider any issue which was unresolved during the negotiations process. In the event that this second effort at resolving an issue is unsuccessful, then by consensus the negotiations group will determine and pursue an alternative method of resolution. Two methods have been established for the discussion and resolution of issues on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
4.10.1 Superintendent’s Issues Resolution Group Employee Groups, the Superintendent’s Cabinet, and the Board of Education may bring issues to Superintendent’s Issues Resolution Group through their representation on Superintendent’s Issues Resolution Group. With the approval of Superintendent’s Issues Resolution Group, issues may be referred to negotiations’ standing committees or other groups in order to formulate specific recommendations for consideration by Superintendent’s Cabinet. Issues may also be referred to specific sites or departments as appropriate for resolution. The Superintendent’s Issues Resolution Group should meet quarterly, unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. Any unresolved issue affecting or involving a claim by or the employment status of an Eligible Member shall be decided by a Joint Committee appointed by the Parties, consisting of the Trustees of the WFPP. If a majority of the Committee fail to agree upon a decision, the matter shall be decided in the same manner as an unresolved issue is decided under the terms of the Waterfront ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Pension Agreement.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. A. Should a problem arise that is not directly dealt with by this Agreement, the Roommates agree to schedule a house meeting to resolve the issue. All Roommates should be willing to cooperate and discuss the issue fairly.
B. If the Roommates cannot resolve the issue, then the concern may be brought to the attention of the Landlord or an alternate dispute resolution service, whichever choice is more appropriate in the circumstances.

The parties agree to meet and confer in the labor management committee or a subcommittee thereof for appropriate changes in the medical insurance plan, and long term disability plan, or the effects of state or federal legislation, to achieve reasonable and conservative cost containment suggestions, and then, upon request of either party, negotiate contract changes, if possible.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES. The parties agree that this Interim Agreement does not finally resolve any of the disputes between them, which are at issue in the Arbitration. Except as provided otherwise in Paragraph 6, hereof, the billing and payment provisions of this Agreement are expressly stated and recognized by all parties to be without prejudice to any position any party may take in the pending Arbitration.
