Common use of Unsafe Work Clause in Contracts

Unsafe Work. (a) An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to this Collective Agreement and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act. (b) An employee must not be subject to discriminatory or disciplinary action pursuant to the Collective Agreement and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act.
