Unsatisfactory Service. Records of unsatisfactory service may lead to reduction in class and compensation, and persons falling below the standards of efficiency may be removed from their positions substantially as in the case of removals for cause. Unsatisfactory service records shall be reported to the Human Resources/Risk Management Director, or designee and the department head.
