Common use of Unsatisfied Judgment Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfied Judgment. The entry of any judgment or order against the Developer which remains unsatisfied or undischarged and in effect for sixty (60) days after such entry without a stay of enforcement or execution, the effect of which would have a material adverse effect on the ability of the Developer to perform its obligations under this Agreement;
