Update of Enrollment Information. Within five (5) Business Days after receipt of the 834 Audit File, Contractor shall update all electronic systems maintained by Contractor to reflect the information contained in the 834 Audit File received from the Department. Contractor shall use the 834 Audit File to verify Contractor’s Enrollees for the subsequent calendar month. Contractor shall not wait for the 820 Payment File to update eligibility.
