Updated Addresses Clause Samples

The Updated Addresses clause requires parties to notify each other of any changes to their contact information, such as mailing or email addresses, during the term of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for providing updated address details, including the timeframe for notification and the method by which updates should be communicated. Its core function is to ensure that all official communications, notices, and documents are reliably delivered, thereby preventing missed notifications and reducing the risk of misunderstandings due to outdated contact information.
