RENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES Sample Clauses
The 'Rent and Additional Charges' clause defines the tenant's obligation to pay the base rent as well as any supplementary fees required under the lease. This typically includes not only the regular monthly rent but also other costs such as utilities, maintenance fees, property taxes, or insurance premiums that the tenant may be responsible for. By clearly outlining all financial responsibilities, this clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over payment expectations during the lease term.
