Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer. If Interconnection Customer's ’s data is materially different from what was originally provided to Transmission Provider pursuant to IPA in connection with the Interconnection Study Agreement between Transmission Provider and Studies, then IPA may conduct, at Interconnection Customer’s expense, then Transmission Provider will conduct appropriate studies to determine the impact of the Generating Facilities and the Interconnection Facilities and the operation thereof on Transmission Provider the Transmission System based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this ArticleSection 23.3. Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed.
