Updates and Enhancements. During the Term and in addition to the Maintenance services, Exzeo may create enhancements, updates, and new releases and versions of the Licensed Software from time to time. Exzeo may offer these updates and enhancements to HCM as additional licenses or services, and all fees for such updates and enhancements will be negotiated as a separate agreement between the Parties upon the creation of each such update or enhancement.

Further, if Hyland develops support for an additional operating system for its OnBase archiving product which is not supported for the Licensed Check Confidential Treatment Requested products at the date of this Agreement, at no expense to Licensees, Hyland will provide Licensees with an upgrade for the License Check Products to support such additional operating system.

Updates and Enhancements. In the event Brycer releases any updates, corrections, or enhancements to the Solution during the Term, Brycer shall promptly provide such updates or corrections to Client free of any charge or fee.

In the event that Exchange makes any Update available for release at any time during subsistence of this Agreement then provided the Customer is not in breach of this Agreement Exchange may at its discretion provide a copy of such Update to the Customer without charge and Install same on the System.

If the Customer does not permit the installation of an Update onto the System within thirty (30) days from the date the Update was provided, (including, where necessary, a temporary shutdown of the System to allow the Update to be Installed), and where such Update remedies a Fault previously registered with Exchange, or which the Customer would not have suffered had the Update been so Installed, then Exchange shall not be obligated to remedy the Fault through other means and any service levels or response times applicable to the Fault shall not apply.
