Updates; No Support or Maintenance. Apple may extend, enhance, or otherwise modify the Program (or any part thereof) provided hereunder at any time without notice, but Apple will not be obligated to provide Institution with any updates to the Program. If Apple makes updates available, the terms of this Agreement will govern such updates, unless the update is accompanied by a separate agreement in which case the terms of that agreement will govern. Should an update be made available, it may have features, services or functionality that are different from those found in the Program. Apple is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Program.
