Common use of Updates; No Support or Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Updates; No Support or Maintenance. AT&T may extend, enhance, or otherwise modify the AT&T Development Tool Set or services provided hereunder at any time without notice, but AT&T will not be obligated to provide You with any Updates to the AT&T Development Tool Set. If Updates are made available by AT&T, the terms of this Agreement will govern such Updates, unless the Update is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern. AT&T is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the AT&T Development Tool Set or services. You acknowledge that AT&T has no express or implied obligation to announce or make available any Updates to the AT&T Development Tool Set or to any services to anyone in the future. Should an Update be made available, it may have APIs, features, services or functionality that are different from those found in the AT&T Development Tool Set licensed hereunder or the services provided hereunder.
