Updates on Investigation. County shall provide regular (at least once a week) email updates on the progress of the Information Security Incident and/or Breach investigation of CDSS CSP to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Project Director and CDSS Information Security and Privacy Officer until the updates are no longer needed, as mutually agreed upon between County and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Program Director/CDSS Information Security and Privacy Officer. County is not required to disclose their unredacted confidential, proprietary, or privileged information.
