Upgrades/Replacement Systems Clause Samples

Upgrades/Replacement Systems a) The current system only samples the first 150 Analog signals at 1s and the rest at 5s sample rate. The requirement for the new system is that all analog signals have a sample rate of 1s or better. b) The current system has a limitation in the number of Analog Tags that can be sent to the historian via OPC. The requirement for the new system is that all tags be available on the historian. c) All Tags need to be GPS time stamped as close as possible to the source (on the I/O rack or PLC). If a GPS synchronization pulse is used to synchronise the I/O or the PLC, it should synchronise to GPS time at least every minute. d) All alarms have to be time stamped at 1ms resolution to ensure sequence of events are reported correctly. e) All curve matching, calculations, limit values, logical values and scaling needs to be done on the PLC or I/O rack level.
