Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for removing any ALEC Inc., debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Collocation Site on each visit.
