UPS My Choice® Features. Features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and the MC Logistics Services available to You may vary based on the location of Your residence, Your method of enrollment, information provided by You, and Your agreement to applicable terms and conditions. As a result, UPS may provide limited access to some features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and some MC Logistics Services (for example, You may be limited to receipt of package delivery alerts by email). You may be required to provide sufficient verification of identity before You are able to access Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services or certain features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and MC Logistics Services (for example, the ability to reroute a shipment to another address). The specific features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and the MC Logistics Services available to You are those displayed when You log in to Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services. You may stop using the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services at any time and may terminate Your membership for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services at any time by logging in to Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services, accessing Your UPS My Choice® preferences, selecting Managing My Membership(s), and electing to cancel Your membership(s). You may also terminate Your membership for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services by contacting Your local UPS Customer Service contact number published online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇. However, UPS will not refund in whole or in part the UPS My Choice® Premium Membership or UPS My Choice® for Business Premium Membership fees upon any termination.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office.   • Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
