Usage for Voice Mail Message Service. 12.7.1.2 Rated Incollects (messages AT&T receives from other revenue accounting offices) also appear on ODUF. Rated Incollects will be intermingled witAhT&T recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not bepacked separately. 12.7.1.3 AT&Twill perform duplicate record chceks on records processed to ▇▇▇▇. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to CUSTOMER. 12.7.1.4 In the event that CUSTOMER detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from AT&T, CUSTOMER will drop the duplicatemessage and will not returnthe duplicate to AT&T. ATT 1 – SERVICESA/ T&T-9STATE 12.7.2 ODUF Physical File Characteristics 12.7.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to CUSTOMER via SecurFeile Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The dataon the ODUF feed will be ina non-compacted EMI format (one hundred seventy-five (175) byte format plmusodules). Itwill be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Detasilusch as dataset name and deliveryschedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribountimedium. Theer will be amaximum of one (1) dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the FTPmailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the CUSTOMER tCoONNECT:Direct file delivery. 12.7.2.2 If the CUSTOMER is moved to CONNECT:Direct, dactiarcuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and CUSTOMER for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, CUSTOMERwill be responsible fordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. CUTSOMERwill also be responisble for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages succeusllsyfon an ongoing basiswill be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred fsourch equipment will be CUSTOMER’s responsibility. Where adial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be isntalled in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to CUSTOMER. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of thedial circuit by CUSTOMERwill bethe responsibility of CUSTOMER. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, inclundgi amodem,will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on CUSTOMER’s end for the purpose of data transsmsion will be the responsibility of CUSTOMER. 12.7.2.3 If CUSTOMER utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of CUSTOMER.
