Common use of Usage Policy Clause in Contracts

Usage Policy. 4.1 All of the Content belongs to the Licensor or its licensors who own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in the Content and any selection or arrangement of the Content. No intellectual property rights in the Content are transferred to the Subscriber or its Authorised Users. The availability and the Authorised Users’ use of the Content is therefore subject to the terms of this Agreement.
