Use and Occupancy of Dwelling. Tenant shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the dwelling unit for Tenant and other household members listed on the lease. This provision permits reasonable accommodation of Tenant's guests or visitors for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days or 30 cumulative days each year up to two guest in any one 12 month period.
