Use and Occupancy of Dwelling. Resident shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the dwelling unit for Resident and other household members listed on the lease. With the prior written consent of MHA, members of the household may engage in legal profit making activities in the dwelling unit. [966.4 (d) (1) & (2)] This provision permits reasonable accommodation of Resident's guests or visitors for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days each year.
