Common use of Use and Occupancy of Premises Clause in Contracts

Use and Occupancy of Premises. Tenant shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the Premises for Tenant and other household members listed on the lease. [966.4(d)(1)]. This provision permits reasonable accommodation of Tenant’s guests or visitors for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days each calendar year. The Tenant is responsible for the actions of their guests, including any violations of the Tenant’s Obligations in Section 9 of this Lease. Violations Permission may be granted, upon written request to the Manager, for an extension of this provision. [966.4(d)(1)]
