Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee’s Affiliates and Contractors may also use the licenses granted to Licensee, provided that (a) such use is only for Licensee’s or such Affiliate’s benefit, and (b) Licensee agrees to remain responsible for each such Affiliate’s and Contractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
