Use of a subcontractor. 17.1 If WSS has granted the Agent a general authorisation to engage another Processor, the Agent must: (a) inform WSS of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other Processors, thereby giving WSS the opportunity to object to such changes; (b) enter into a written contract with the Sub-processor imposing the same obligations as set out in this Agreement and Article 28 of the GDPR; and (c) acknowledges that it remains fully liable for all acts or omissions of each Sub-processor appointed by it, where that Sub-processor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations.
