Use of AI Clause Samples
Use of AI. The Employer shall not use any artificial intelligence tool, software, model, algorithm, or system for any purpose in connection with any terms or conditions of employment, including but not limited to, discipline and/or performance evaluations. Employees shall not use any artificial intelligence tool, software, model, algorithm, or system for any purpose in connection with his/her official job duties.
Use of AI. The Employer shall not use any artificial intelligence tool, software, model, algorithm, or predictive technology to determine discipline.
Use of AI. The Employer shall not use any predictive artificial intelligence tool, software, model, algorithm, or system in disciplining any employee or evaluating any employee’s performance. The parties further agree that the Employer and the Union shall meet to negotiate prior to the implementation of any artificial intelligence tool, software, model, algorithm, or system in connection with any term or condition of employment. This provision shall not be interpreted as precluding the City or Department from utilizing electronic personnel tracking software (e.g., Guardian Tracking).
Use of AI. Without limiting any other provisions of the Agreement, Supplier acknowledges and agrees that Information Security Controls apply to Supplier’s use of AI, and Supplier must not disclose any Client Material or New Material to any AI without the prior written approval of Client.
Use of AI. Because a major focus of this residency is on developing your skills and fostering creativity, writing, argumentation, research skills, and critical thinking, you must complete work for this residency entirely on your own. You may not copy from any online sites (e.g., Course Hero or Chegg) or utilize composition technologies (e.g., ChatGPT or other GenAI software). Work submitted by student will be generated by the students themselves. For the purpose of this residency, any use of these sites or tools will be considered academic misconduct and consequences will follow University policies. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, contact your advisor before submitting any work.
