Common use of Use of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Use of Aircraft. During the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall have the exclusive right to possess, use and operate the Aircraft. Lessee will cause the Aircraft to be operated in accordance with any applicable vendor’s or manufacturer’s manuals or instructions by competent and duly qualified personnel only and in accordance with all applicable governmental rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the rules and regulations of the United States Federal Aviation Administration (the “FAA”).

Use of Aircraft. During the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall have the exclusive right to possess, use and operate the Aircraft. Lessee will cause the Aircraft to be operated in accordance with any applicable vendor’s 's or manufacturer’s 's manuals or instructions by competent and duly qualified personnel only and in accordance with all applicable governmental rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the rules and regulations of the United States Federal Aviation Administration (the “"FAA”").

Use of Aircraft. During Lessee agrees to use the term Aircraft in a safe, careful and prudent manner in full compliance with FAR Part 91 of this Agreementthe regulations of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and any other regulations, rules, laws, decrees, or treaties applicable to the operation of the Aircraft hereunder. Lessee shall have the exclusive right to possess, use and operate the Aircraft. Lessee will cause allow the Aircraft to be operated in accordance with any applicable vendor’s or manufacturer’s manuals or instructions only by competent duly licensed and duly qualified personnel only and in accordance with all applicable governmental rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the rules and regulations of the United States Federal Aviation Administration (the “FAA”)pilot(s) who shall be employed directly by Lessee.
