Use of Alcohol. Laws of the State of Indiana pertaining to the use of alcohol apply. A permit issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission is required to be displayed at the event and appropriate bartender/server permits issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission should be available at the event/performance. A copy of the permit is required to be submitted to the College thirty (30) days prior to the event. Renter must secure liquor liability insurance and have the College named as a co-insured.
Use of Alcohol. 1. The use of alcoholic beverages is by written permit only and must be requested at the time the facility use application is submitted. The City reserves the right to place restrictions on the use of alcoholic beverages in accordance with State law and these guidelines. “Alcohol use” means the presence of any beverage that contains any amount of alcohol.
Use of Alcohol a. Use alcohol while performing Safety-Sensitive Functions; or
b. Perform a Safety-Sensitive Function (SSF) within four (4) hours after using alcohol (pre-duty use); or
c. Report to duty or perform an SSF with an Alcohol Concentration of 0.04 BAC or greater; or
d. Use alcohol eight (8) hours after an accident or until tested when required to be tested following an accident; or
e. Refuse to submit to a required alcohol test, including failure to provide adequate breath for initial testing when required or engaging in other conduct that clearly obstructs the testing process, or failure to sign Step Two of the alcohol testing form; or
f. Possess alcohol at work.

Use of Alcohol. Participant understands and agrees that Provider has an Alcohol Use Policy that specifically limits all Participants to the consumption of the equivalent of 3 - 12 oz. cans of beer or less during the entire time of the canoe rental; except as may be prohibited by any federal, state, county and/or local laws or ordinances. Participant further agrees to abide by said policy.
Use of Alcohol. Certified Texas Police Officers are required for any event attended by twenty-five (25) or more people where there is alcohol present or as the Garden Ridge Police Chief deems necessary. The Renter is responsible for arranging the hiring of a Police Officer with the Garden Ridge Police Department. Payment must be in the form of cash or certified check.

a. The District reserves the right to place restrictions on the use of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law and these guidelines. The distribution or consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, including regulations of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (TABCC).
b. Injuries caused to any person as a result of alcoholic beverages being served to or consumed by someone under the age of 21 while on the District’s premises or as a result of alcohol being available on the District’s premises, shall be the sole responsibility of the organization or individual renting the Facilities.
c. Alcohol may only be served by an adult 21 years of age or older. If evidence is found that alcohol is served to a minor, the police officer will be notified, the event will be terminated and all fees and Deposit will be forfeited.
d. If the Renter is serving alcohol, a police officer is required to be present. The Building Manager will determine the number of police officers required based on the guests attending. The Renter is responsible for the cost of the police officer and the Building Manager will work to coordinate the scheduling and payment.
e. Last call will be announced thirty minutes prior to the end of the event.
f. Alcohol may not be sold in any form or fashion at the Facilities.
Use of Alcohol. GRILLING: Charcoal grilling is allowed only. Hot coals must be distinguished and placed in the trash bin.
Use of Alcohol. The renter agrees there shall be no consumption of alcohol on the premises without prior agreement. A request to serve alcohol must be made in writing before the event. Only beer or wine may be served. If permission is given to serve alcohol the renter must, at his/her own expense, obtain all necessary licenses and permits from the BC Liquor Licensing Board, and written proof of these must be submitted to the Church at least 14 days before the event. Written proof will also be required at least 14 days before the event to show that persons serving wine /beer at the function have "Serving it Right" certificates Initial FORCE MAJEURE: The church retains the right to use the facility for functions important to the life of the parish. Use of alcohol shall not be permitted under this License unless Renter provides Owner with proof of the purchase of an insurance policy as described in paragraph #7 showing that, in addition, said coverage has been extended to include potential liability arising from the consumption of alcohol.
