Common use of USE OF AMENITIES Clause in Contracts

USE OF AMENITIES. With respect to the consummation of each sale of a Pledged Interval to a Purchaser under a Contract and in connection with the acquisition of each Additional Resort, Borrower shall cause the owner of such Pledged Interval and any purchaser of any fee simple interest in such Additional Resort to have access to, and the use of, all of the amenities and public utilities relating to the applicable Resort and such Pledged Interval (consistent with the contractual provisions and rules and regulations existing with respect to such amenities and public utilities), including, without limitation, the Resort Facilities and rights of way.
