Use of Board Premises Clause Samples
The "Use of Board Premises" clause defines the terms and conditions under which individuals or organizations may access and utilize property or facilities owned or managed by a board, such as a school board or corporate board. This clause typically outlines permissible activities, hours of use, and any restrictions or requirements, such as obtaining prior approval or adhering to safety regulations. By clearly specifying the rules for using the premises, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures safety, and allocates responsibility for any damages or incidents that may occur during use.
