USE OF BOARDS. The union shall be accorded the use of notice boards situated at appropriate places throughout the plant upon which to post notices of meetings of the union. All such union notices shall be properly authenticated and will only indicate the date, time and place such local meetings of the union are to take place. The union shall have the right to post all correspondence which is of general interest to the membership such as: Literature from E.I.., Workers' Compensation, O.H.I.P., Provincial and Federal Departments of Labour. All other notices that may be of special nature shall be submitted to the company's personnel department for approval before being posted.
