Common use of Use of Building Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Building Name. Tenant shall not, without the written consent of Landlord, use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises, provided that for so long as the Building or Complex is bearing the name designated by ALZA or any ALZA Affiliate pursuant to Paragraph 40 hereof, ALZA or any ALZA Affiliate may use such name as it considers appropriate. Conversely, for so long as the Building or Complex is bearing the name designated by ALZA or any ALZA Affiliate, Landlord shall not use the name except as a reference to the Building or Complex.
