USE OF CAMPUS COMMON AREAS. Subject to Landlord's right at any time to use the Campus Common Areas for its own purposes, Landlord hereby gives to Tenant and its employees, agents, customers and invitees, the nonexclusive right to use the Campus Common Areas.
