Use of Comp Time Sample Clauses

Use of Comp Time. 1. The use of accumulated compensatory time shall be mutually agreed up on by the affected employee and his/her supervisor. 2. Comp time may be used as time off only, may be carried over from year to year, and if not used, will be paid off only upon leaving County service.
Use of Comp Time. Use of accrued comp time shall be subject to the rules for use of general leave contained in the “General Leave and Leaves of Absence” Section of this Memorandum of Understanding.
Use of Comp Time. The Library Board reserves the right to permit compensatory time off only in terms of the same number of hours as were actually worked at the times qualifying for such compensatory time off.
Use of Comp Time. The use and approval of comp time shall be in the same manner as the use of annual leave. Comp time earned between January 1 and June 30 of any calendar year must be used on or before September 30 of that calendar year. Comp time earned between July 1 and December 31 of a calendar year must be used on or before March 31 of the next calendar year. Unused comp time shall be forfeited.
Use of Comp Time. Such time may be used as a personal leave day, sick leave day, or bereavement day as outlined in Article V.

  • Use of Customer Data Verizon, Verizon Affiliates and their respective agents, may use, process and/or transfer Customer Data (including intra-group transfers and transfers to entities in countries that do not provide statutory protections for personal information) as set forth in the Privacy Policy and as necessary: (a) in connection with provisioning of Services; (b) to incorporate Customer Data into databases controlled by Verizon, Verizon Affiliates or their respective agents for the purpose of providing Services; administration; provisioning; invoicing and reconciliation; verification of Customer identity, solvency and creditworthiness; maintenance, support and product development; fraud detection and prevention; sales, revenue and customer analysis and reporting; market and customer use analysis including in the manner described in the Privacy Policy; and (c) to communicate to Customer regarding Services.

  • Use of Logos The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.
