Common use of USE OF CONFIDENTIAL DATA Clause in Contracts

USE OF CONFIDENTIAL DATA. Unless otherwise authorized in writing in advance, ISBE will use Confidential Data only as follows: Include the Confidential Data on ISBE’s SIS data warehouse and reporting system for purposes of loading the Confidential Data into ISBE’s My Data Dashboard. ISBE will restrict access to the Confidential Data to only those ISBE staff required to access the Confidential Data to perform the services outlined in sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement.
