All Instructions and communications with the Bank through the use of channels such as OCBC Online Banking (which includes OCBC Internet Banking and OCBC Mobile Banking) and services provided, such as OCBC RM Chat, these shall continue to be governed by the applicable terms and conditions governing such channels. The Electronic Services will be available if you comply with the procedures and terms prescribed by the Bank on the access and use of such Electronic Services.
